Our aim is to find a perfect match between a property and a buyer whether it is a value-add project or a net-lease project. We will help with searching projects, executing transactions and managing properties. We are also happy to co-invest should such opportunity arise.

We are here to manage development projects. Our strengths are in developing business concepts and business ideas for existing or new property projects. We can also assist in zoning processes.

Jorma is the founder of Realone. Prior to founding Realone, he spent more than 25 years working in various positions in transaction operations, assisting international and domestic customers. His core competencies focus on corporate solutions service where he has assisted Nokia for over 20 years strategically and in terms of transactions.

Pia has been in property business for nearly 20 years. Starting in Sponda she held various positions from investor relations to property investment, M&A and strategy processes where her strengths lie. She is committed in developing companies further, as well as executing projects whether it be transaction projects or strategy projects.

Kari has long experience in property business starting from YIT and then moving on to set up Kapiteeli, where he was the CEO. Kari then moved on to head Sponda as a CEO, and finally to Pohjola Rakennus where he first was the CEO until 2022. Kari has wide experience in both construction and property investment worlds. Kari has a strong result-oriented mind with a sound knowledge of every aspect of the property field.
